Shipping Policy

We ship our products Monday-Wednesday in effort to minimize the amount of time your chocolate is sitting in a warehouse or truck.  You order will be processed and shipped within 4-8 days.  You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.

THE LAST DAY TO ORDER FOR GUARANTEED CHRISTMAS DELIVERY IS SUNDAY, DECEMBER 17TH.

If you need your chocolate on or before a specific date, please send an email to megan@chocolatedances.com.  We will do our best to make it happen.
 

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING

Chocolate is sensitive to high temperatures.  We send all orders with ice packs when the temperature at the origin or destination is above 75 degrees.  If you are sending the chocolates as a gift to a warm location, please tell your recipient when to expect the delivery so their gift does not melt on their doorstep.   
 

We do not require a signature on delivery, and suggest sending the chocolates to a location where someone will be available to accept the delivery, or to a building with an indoor mail room (such as an office or apartment building).

We are not responsible for missing, stolen or damaged packages after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer or for orders returned or delayed due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
